This week was possibly the hardest I've ever laughed... catching up with friends before leaving Sydney for the winter and a hilarious trip up to the Whitsundays that had me snorkelling on the inner reef. After working so hard, Britta and I finally managed to book a week away to head over to Bali, Indonesia. There were a number of ups and downs during the trip (namely Britta getting vomited on during a boat trip) but overall it was a really fun few days away spent exploring and making new friends.

At the end of May I was lucky enough to be able to visit Vietnam and catch up with friends travelling there. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh on my first night and explored a little on my own before catching up to the rest of the group in Nha Trang and working our way up to Ninh Van Bay, Hoi An, Hai Van Pass and eventually Hue where I parted ways with everyone to head back to Australia. I only saw a snippet of Vietnam but had the best fun there and will definitely be going back at some point in my life to explore the rest. As you can guess from the title... I went to Venice for a couple days with my nearest and dearest earlier this month. I had the most amazing time and did "hella video-ing" while I was there and I wanted to share some of my experience with you guys via video diary. I'm still new to the whole vlogging and editing thing so you'll have to be kind and keep that in mind! Stay tuned for bloopers at the end! Restaurants: Unfortunately I can't for the life of me find the names of a few of the places we ate, but I can tell you which roads they were on...
